Shipping Policies and Fees

All orders within the continental US ship via US Postal Service Priority mail. For shipments outside of the continental US, please contact us at shipping@petiteprovence.com as additional shipping charges may apply.

We endeavor to ship all in-stock orders within 48 working hours -  in some cases it has been taking us as long as 72 working hours.  If you need your order to arrive as soon as possible please let us know by calling us or emailing and we are usually able to accommodate most shipping requests.  (Our business has been growing quickly, and we are currently adding staff to ensure we can maintain the highest level of customer service.)

If your order is not in stock, we will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated shipping time. For partial orders we will contact you to confirm whether or not partial shipping is OK. For special orders, please contact us for details.
 

An 9.50% tax will be charged to all California residents. Orders shipped outside of California will not incur any sales tax. Our standard shipping fees are as follows based on a pre-tax total order value:

  • $0 to $49.99: $7.95
  • $50 and over, FREE SHIPPING!

Order Pickup

If you are located in or near the Santa Cruz, California area and would like to pick up your order (and visit our showroom!) you can choose this option and you will not be charged any shipping fee.

We are open every day from 10am to 6pm.  We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up should you choose this option.

Returns / Exchange Policy

We cannot accept returns but will gladly exchange your product for another if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Exchanges must be in original condition, unused and unwashed. Please notify us of any exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Any order cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellation must be received before the order is shipped.
