Shipping Policies and FeesAll orders within the continental US ship via US Postal Service Priority mail. For shipments outside of the continental US, please contact us at shipping@petiteprovence.com All in stock orders will ship within 48 working hours. If your order is not in stock, we will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated shipping time. For partial orders we will contact you to confirm whether or not partial shipping is OK. For special orders, please contact us for details. An 8.50% tax will be charged to all California residents. Orders shipped outside of California will not incur any sales tax. Order PickupIf you are located in or near the Santa Cruz, California area and would like to pick up your order (and visit our showroom!) you can choose this option and you will not be charged any shipping fee. We are located at: Our Showroom is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and by appointment. We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up should you choose this option. Returns / Exchange PolicyWe cannot accept returns but will gladly exchange your product for another if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
